Heritage care place
We offer suitable care and support for both young people and seniors with learning difficulties and other specialized needs in the Uk.
We offer people activities and experiences that they struggle to access in the wider community, supporting them to learn new skills, form lasting friendships and lead fulfilling, independent lives.
INTRODUCTION
At Heritage Care Place, our care services are designed to provide compassionate and comprehensive support to meet the individual needs of each resident. We understand that every person has unique preferences, abilities, and requirements, which is why we offer personalized care plans tailored to promote comfort, dignity, and well-being.
OBJECTIVE
We have fully accessible centers in Woking and also work out and about in the local community.
We provide weekly groups for young people and adults, a bi-monthly nightclub, and regular holiday schemes which provide fun and engaging time for people with learning disabilities, and vital respite for exhausted parents and carers.
our mission

Our mission is to create a nurturing environment where young adults can thrive and achieve their full potential. Whether our residents require assistance with daily activities, medical support, or simply desire a supportive community to call home, we are here to provide comprehensive care and personalized attention.
